Clint JenkinMarket Research Lead at Vanguard
Profile
Clint Jenkin is a social psychologist masquerading as a market researcher. He abandoned a nascent academic career when he discovered that grading papers has a perfect negative correlation with enjoying life; from there he wandered into market research and spent 10 years in the non-profit sector, which provided ample opportunity (and necessity) for DIY methods. He has also had research stints at the Coast Guard, Aramark, Campbell’s, and most recently at Vanguard. Along the way he’s asked people about tomato juice, terrorism, pornography, pulled pork, 401(k)s, canned soup, and actively-managed taxable fixed income mutual funds, but never all at once. When not at work he can be found sailing, running quite slowly, and sitting in traffic on the Schuylkill Expressway. He appreciates the Oxford comma and random musings.
