Deb Rogers, Deputy Group Director – People & Culture, ASM Global, (APAC) has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development

Born in Australia, Deb has worked in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, which she describes as her second home, after living and working in Qatar, Dubai and Bahrain for the past 15 years. Having worked predominantly in Hotels and the Event Industry, Deb is passionate about building and promoting healthy work cultures and diverse teams of people.

Deb commenced her career in hotels where she was fortunate to experience working in many different operating departments, before she found her niche, People & Culture. Her experience includes the iconic Burj Al Arab, Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane, Qatar National Convention Centre, Coca-Cola Arena and more recently Exhibition World Bahrain, just to name a few.
