Steve Earner

Head of RIA Platform at LPL Financial

Steve Earner is the head of the RIA platform at LPL Financial where he and his team lead the continued development and expansion of both the LPL RIA custodial offering and the LPL Corporate RIA, providing comprehensive solutions to the RIA community.

Prior to joining LPL Financial, Steve worked at Raymond James as the de facto COO of their RIA & Custody Services division and previously in a role directly supporting the strategic initiatives of their Chairman and CEO. Before Raymond James, Steve held a number of strategic leadership roles in M&A, corporate finance and portfolio management.

Steve received his BS in Finance & Economics from Boston College and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
