Cindy Casemore-Graig is President of Springwood. Springwood has been a family owned Developer for over 45 years, and owns/manages approx. 3 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan, largely retail. Springwood’s primary focus and success has been regional shopping centers (35-90 acres) in secondary markets.

Prior to joining the CRE industry with Springwood ten years ago, Cindy enjoyed seven years as a Paralegal at an Edmonton law firm, gaining valuable legal knowledge in the corporate and commercial fields. With Springwood, Cindy manages all financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions. She is also responsible for the company’s full portfolio leasing strategies, all manner of contract negotiation, drafting and enforcement, as well as risk-management strategies.
