Stef Schiedon is Senior Assistant Vice president with Canadian Western Bank (CWB). As a creative, visionary thinker that conceptualizes, implements, and monitors innovative business solutions, he oversees CWB’s national Real Estate Portfolio, its Insurance Portfolio and its Business Continuity Programming. With over 35 years industry experience Stef Schiedon has successfully led real estate/land development and facility management projects in Canada, the US, and Europe. Known for being an inspirational strategist, he secures commitment and improves financial performance while enhancing stakeholder satisfaction.

Prior to joining Canadian Western Bank Stef worked with Fraser Health Authority in Vancouver and ATB Financial in Edmonton. He further co-founded FMDC Facility Management in Calgary, a firm providing consulting and educational services for real estate and facility management professionals.
