As Regional Vice President for Business Financial Services in Alberta & Territories, Tasha leads a team of professionals providing multifaceted financial services and superior advice for business clients.   

Through diverse industry specialization, RBC’s business financial services professionals deliver a differentiated client experience. They provide a complete range of services to meet each client’s specific needs, from sophisticated cash and treasury management services, to all forms of credit solutions. 

In her career spanning over 28 years at RBC, Tasha brings in-depth experience and understanding of financial services, business management and performance, and superior client service. She’s held a range of leadership roles, including Regional Operating Officer before moving into Business Markets.  

Tasha holds an MBA from Dalhousie University, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from University of Winnipeg and her Personal Financial Planner designation. She is an active community volunteer and has served on the Board of the YWCA of Calgary.  She currently sits on the STARS Air Ambulance Board.  She is engaged in a number of community Advisory Committees, supporting key stakeholder in education, policy making and private enterprise.  She is an active ambassador of the RBC Diversity and Inclusion Blueprint including regular external engagements in support of inclusive workplaces. Outside of work, Tasha enjoys many sporting activities and spending time with her husband and two children Zachary and Mackenzie, both University of Alberta students.
