Dr. Munirah Alaboudi is the General Manager of Human Capital & Innovation Sector at the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia, working on investment development and attraction within the country, leading outreach and engagement in investment opportunities across all subsegments of education and educational services In addition to leading the development of the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem and enabling it to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Also, Dr. Alaboudi has earned her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Boston University with an experience that spans more than 17 years in education reform, strategy, research and academia.
