Ahsen has a broad and specialised background in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) sector, with most of his experience gained in the UK. He has successfully led commercial and operational functions across an extensive portfolio of projects, primarily in Social Infrastructure, involving Education, Healthcare, and Stadia.

Ahsen’s expertise encompasses the full lifecycle of PPP projects, with specialization in procurement, mobilisation, execution, dispute and claims management, hand-back, lenders’ step-in, and termination cases. Recently, he relocated to Saudi Arabia to lead the contract compliance and transactions function at TBC, serving as a government procurer, advisor, and developer for PPP projects.
