Omar Aloqaili is a partner and Labor and Education leader in EY Consulting with over 14 years of experience in management consulting across the government and public sector. Omar has led major transformation initiatives in both the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the Ministry of Education covering skills, youth, employment, education, non profit sector participation among others. Omar holds Bachelor and Masters from the Government and Public Affairs school at Virginia Commonwealth University.
