Dr. Sairah Narmah-Alqasim is a senior legal consultant at Dentons in KSA. She has more than 15 years' experience in legal practice and academia and has trained at leading international law firms. Dr. Narmah-Alqasim has represented clients in a range of corporate, commercial and litigation matters both in private practice and in-house. These include private and listed companies, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds, involving transactions across industry sectors.

In her current role, she advises clients on a range of complex high-value corporate and commercial matters. She leads the Employment practice in KSA, as well as the Regional Headquarters team for Dentons, and additionally focuses on corporate compliance and regulatory issues. She is an assistant professor and former vice dean of one of the largest law schools in KSA and was also formerly senior legal counsel at one of the first all-women's private universities in KSA.

As a result of her experience in the KSA education sector, she has advised and worked closely with public and private educational institutions operating in KSA. In addition, she is a compliance practitioner with the International Compliance Association and author of several practice notes, articles and know-how publications. She leads Knowledge Management for Dentons in KSA, provides managerial support in the Dentons Jeddah office, and currently chairs the Dentons UKIME Shadow Executive Team.
