Kasia Kostun

Senior Associate at XBTO Humla Ventures

Kasia joined the XBTO Humla Ventures fund in 2020 where she built and scaled the fundraising and investment activities. The fund invests in promising founders that transform the financial markets and digital asset ecosystems.

Kasia oversees the team and fund operations and travels to build long lasting relationships with investors and founders. She also leads the primary and co-investment activities, sourcing and evaluating opportunities and driving investment execution. Kasia and the Humla team are also very committed to educating the traditional finance community about digital asset investments and the future of finance.

Before XBTO Humla Ventures, Kasia worked in private equity and in corporate finance transformation in NYC where she successfully helped NYU Medical become the first tuition-free medical school in 2018.

Kasia holds a bachelor in Finance from Siena College, NY and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business. In her spare time, she plays saxophone in her brass band and listens to live jazz music.
