Isaac Tak is a portfolio manager with BCK Capital Management, a Stamford, Connecticut based equity-focused special situations fund that invests across geographies and applies a differentiated approach to merger arbitrage and special situations investing. Isaac has over ten years of investing experience, having previously worked with BCK Capital's founder Wayne Yu at Citadel Investment Group. His career in investing spans both long/short equity and special situations strategies, and a range of experiences that underscore a holistic approach to evaluating special situation investment opportunities. Isaac also leads BCK Capital's business development efforts as well as certain data and analytics initiatives. Prior to his career in investing, Isaac held various roles in corporate finance and investment banking. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
