Conall is a Senior Associate in the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations Department and is also a member of our Competition Law Disputes and Data and Information Governance Groups. Conall has extensive experience in advising high profile domestic and international clients in a wide range of areas to include Competition Law and Anti-Trust disputes, European and domestic regulatory investigations, asset tracing, privacy and data protection, subject access requests, employee data breaches and crisis management. He also has extensive experience of the Irish Commercial Court and has been involved in organising the management of large scale discovery reviews and document management exercises.

•Advising an addressee of the European Commission Decision (“Trucks”) on a multiplicity of claims which have been instituted on foot of the decision by the European Commission that several truck manufacturers engaged in unlawful conduct between 17 January 1997 and 18 January 2011 in relation to truck pricing and the timing and passing on of the costs for the introduction of emission technologies

•Advising clients on investigations and assisting at “dawn raids” carried out by regulatory bodies such as the Office of the Revenue Commissioners, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and the European Commission

•Advising TURAS, as the successful bidder for the “Next Generation eFlow Tolling Contract”, on a judicial review of the tender process undertaken by Transport Infrastructure Ireland
•Advising numerous commercial clients in respect of deliberate internal breaches of confidential business information by current and former employees. Ensuring that any damage to the business as a result of the breach is mitigated and that the business can function as normal

•Advising Duff & Phelps, as Court Appointed Receivers over the assets of the Quinn family, in the long running litigation between IBRC and the Quinn family.
•Advising clients in relation to breaches of employment contracts by employees arising from illegal dissemination/distribution of Company data

•Involved in numerous applications for Injunctive Relief, debt settlement and enforcement actions for a wide variety of domestic and international clients

•2013 - Postgraduate Diploma in Law, Dublin Institute of Technology
•2018 - Law Society of Ireland Certificate in Data Protection
•2017- Admitted as a solicitor in Ireland
