Michael KefiSenior Antitrust Counsel EMEA at Uber
Michael Kefi is in charge of antitrust matters for Uber in EMEA. With his teams, he provides high-level strategic legal advice on product launches, transactions, business model analysis, commercial development, litigation and regulatory matters. Before Uber, Michael spent seven years in Paris as Senior Legal & Regulatory Counsel for Orange dealing with antitrust matters in EMEA and more specifically with M&A in the region. Orange followed a short experience in Directorate General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF - Ministry of Finance) where Michael cut his teeth on Competition law matters. Michael studied law at Université Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne, and Université Paris XI where he worked on his PhD related to the inadequacy between regulation and digital sector.
