Richard Ryan is Head of the Competition & Regulated Markets Group at Arthur Cox. He advises on all aspects of Irish and EU competition law, including merger control, foreign investment screening, investigations & dawn raids, competition litigation, competition aspects of commercial agreements & behaviour, compliance programmes, EU State aid law and regulated markets.

He has been practising for over 20 years and has been involved in many of the leading competition, merger control and State aid cases in Ireland over this time.
