Jenny ReevesSenior Associate at Macfarlanes
Jenny Reeves is a senior associate in Macfarlanes‘ Disputes team, with over ten years experience litigating competition claims. Jenny has a particular interest in collective competition litigation, having been a referendaire at the Competition Appeal Tribunal and part of the team who prepared the 2015 CAT Rules and Guide on collective actions. She has represented a number of major companies defending competition claims, including Barclays in the collective proceedings arising from the foreign exchange cartel, L’Oréal in relation to its selective distribution system and a leading manufacturer on a number of follow-on claims relating to car parts.
Jenny joined Macfarlanes in August 2022 after seven years Baker McKenzie, prior to which she spent two years at the CAT and four years in the London and Brussels’ offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
