Valentino Gallo is a banker with more than 25 years of experience in deal structuring and end-to-end structured finance business management. He has held leadership positions in the export and agency financing team of Citigroup for more than 20 years, of which the last eight as the global head of the business. At the end of 2018 Valentino left Citigroup and co-founded Javalyn Partners. Javalyn Partners is the sponsor and manager of a new CLO program dedicated to infrastructure assets.
Valentino has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Export-Import Bank of the United States in Washington DC, the Export Finance Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris and the Advisory Board of PEFCO – Private Export Funding Corporation in New York. Valentino has been a senior credit officer of Citi, and a member of Citi’s Environmental and Social Risk Advisory Committee and Sustainability Leadership Network. He holds a degree in business administration (BBA) from the Ca’ Foscari University in Venice and FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 Licenses.
Valentino has worked in Europe, Latin America and the United States. He is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
