Davinder Mann

Director of Strategy, Policy & Climate Change at UK Export Finance (UKEF)

Davinder is a member of UKEF’s Executive Committee and is the Director of Strategy, Policy and Climate Change at UK Export Finance. Her responsibilities include contributing and responding to HMG strategy and policy developments, oversight of corporate strategy and planning, setting policy, central responsibility for UKEF’s approach to Climate Change matters and Sustainable Development Goals, and engaging internationally in UKEF’s capacity as an ECA. She is also responsible for knowledge, information management and corporate governance.

Davinder was, until December 2020, the Director of UK Export Finance’s Legal and Compliance Group. She was responsible for overseeing a legal function specialising in project, asset, banking and trade finance and a financial crime compliance function.

She joined UKEF’s legal team in 2009, having previously spent 4 years at Linklaters’ Energy and Infrastructure Global Project Finance practice. Davinder began her career at Herbert Smith, has a Masters in Advanced European Legal Studies and read Law at King’s College London.
