Jørn Fredsgaard

Department Director - Country, Bank and Sector Risk at EKF

Jørn Fredsgaard Sørensen is Department Director for EKF’s Country, Bank and Sector Risk. As such, he is responsible for formulating EKF’s risk appetite on countries and banks and EKF’s analysis of market developments and strategic trends.

Before joining EKF, Jørn set up and managed the “Global Competitiveness Facility - GCF” in Vietnam, and Jørn has also been both an independent consultant and an investment officer in the Danish Investment Fund for Developing Countries.

Jørn is educated as a political scientist and holds a MBA from Henley.
