Laura is a senior associate in the dispute resolution department. She specialises in contentious trust and probate claims and has been recommended for her expertise in this area in the Legal 500. She acts on behalf of both claimants and defendants in claims against estates, including challenges to the validity of wills and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. She also has broad experience of trust claims and professional negligence cases. Laura is a member of ACTAPS and has recently become an affiliate member of STEP
