Ben Bradbury

Senior Innovation Manager at E.J. Gallow Winery and Lecturer UC Berkeley Haas

Ben is a Senior Innovation Manager at E&J Gallo Winery where he manages the development of new products; tests new capabilities and business models; and develops Gallo’s Innovation Pipeline. He is experienced in R&D, Finance, Lean Six Sigma, and Innovation. Through his 15 years at Gallo, Ben has overseen a variety of projects touching many verticals of the value chain, from Viticulture & Winemaking to Sales & Marketing.

In his spare time, Ben is a lecturer and research consultant at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He enjoys teaching Marketing Strategy and Communications and collaborating on Open Innovation projects.

Ben holds a B.S. Biochemistry from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from UC Berkeley
