William is the founder of the Windsor Leadership Group, a global consultancy and executive development firm. By tethering evidenced-based brain science to the leading practices (behaviors) of extraordinary leaders and communicators, William empowers HR and Operational leaders to intentionally cultivate high performing teams and servant leadership cultures.
William is also the founder of one of the most preeminent speaker's academies serving the global landscape. His high-energy, high-impact, and award winning flagship training and coaching program, Story to Stage, has been experienced by thousands of professional speakers, business leaders, media personalities, screenwriters, preachers/ministers…indeed, presentation design and delivery 'Mindsetters' from all walks of life and vocations spanning four different continents.
William received his graduate training in clinical psychology/neuroscience at Harvard University and also holds two graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. He is an award-winning speaker and frequent lecturer at many universities, including Wharton Business School where he also serves as an Executive Coach to graduate and executive-level MBA students. From working with elite Hollywood directors, comedians, and film studios on perfecting the art of "Story" and "Improv" to coaching members of a royal family on servant leadership, his genuine passion for serving and educating others has turned him into a preeminent leader, educator, and "go to" coach in the field of servant leadership, storytelling/communication, and operational excellence.
On the personal front, William is a multi-faith ordained Chaplain working primarily with teens and adults experiencing major life trauma.
