Exhibit Setup - September 18th

Exhibit Setup will begin at 5:00PM in Cape Cod on Monday, September 18th. You will receive your assigned exhibit number as we near the event.

We will close the exhibit hall at 7:00PM, and reopen at 7:00AM for exhibitors and 7:30AM for attendees Tuesday morning. 

Exhibit Breakdown - September 20th

You may begin breaking down following lunch at 1:15PM Wednesday September 20th.


Shipping Information

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring all materials are packed, sealed and labeled in order to be shipped out. Packages must be labeled with prepaid shipping labels and a pickup must be scheduled. 

Packages can be sent (3) days prior to the start date of the event. Please label all boxes as follows to ensure prompt delivery:

  • Number of Box (i.e. Box 1 of 3, Box 2 of 3, etc.)



Accommodations are not included in the cost. All attendees are required to book their own accommodations individually.

Updating your Company Showcase (Virtual Booth) - INSTRUCTIONS

1. Login - If you're the primary contact for the event, you can login with your email address to edit your booth. The first time you login, you will need to update your profile first.

  • User Name: Your email address
  • You will be sent a code to set up your password

2. Click the Sponsors Tab - find your company name and click showcase page

3. Click Edit Stand - in the top right corner of your showcase page

4. Change/Update Content - you can add/remove any content in your hub. Click 'Update Showcase Demo' to publish your changes.

During the event our attendees will be able to scan your booth QR code to view details about your company and additional resources. Attendees can also network with your team by requesting meetings and messages with onsite team members. Each sponsor can have in their company resource page the following information.

We believe that by moving away from the use of disposable exhibition booth we will improve the ease, quality, safety and sustainability of the exhibitor experience at our events. Therefore, as part of event regulation we ask that exhibitors do not use disposable booths. Disposable booths are defined as space only stands made to be used only once which are usually constructed from raw materials at the venue during build up and the main structure is disposed of after the event.
