Cary Denson joined Collegium Pharmaceutical in May 2022 and currently serves as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. She brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance and life sciences, with a strong track record of building high-impact FP&A teams in both startup and large-cap environments. After beginning her career in healthcare equity research at Columbia Threadneedle, Cary held roles of increasing responsibility at Insulet Corporation and Shire Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Takeda in 2019). After Takeda, she joined AlloVir as Senior Director, FP&A, establishing their financial planning processes post-IPO. She holds an M.S. in Finance from Boston College and dual undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Finance from Mississippi State University.
