Ken Hubbell is the senior vice president and senior manager of instructional design strategy and innovation for Wells Fargo. He is an award-winning instructional design professional with over two decades of experience creating and producing engaging learning experiences. An animator for the EPA at the forefront of digital technology in the 1980s, he became a multimedia pioneer, including a pivotal role on the team developing Shockwave 3D in 2000. Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial design and a MS in instructional technology. He is an accomplished learning strategist, designer, programmer, and videographer. He currently researches advanced organizational training methodologies for business and education, leveraging voice interfaces, AI, games, and video to engage learners and promote innovation.
