Profile

Mona Aossey is a CFO with global strategic, commercial, and operational finance leadership and transformation experience in consumer, healthcare and technology businesses.  Mona has led financial strategies, business planning processes and partnered with leadership teams to develop and execute long-term and annual operating goals at Pfizer, Novartis, GE Healthcare, and Campbell Soup.

Most recently, Mona was CFO for the US Legal & Regulatory Division at Wolters Kluwer where she successfully exceeded financial targets for Revenue and EBIT, delivered process improvements and efficiencies, and managed a multi-year migration and implementation of a legacy ERP environment to SAP.  Prior to Wolters Kluwer, Mona held diverse executive finance positions including Finance Director of Global Financial Planning and Analyses at Pfizer for the $65 billion commercial pharmaceutical and consumer division, Finance Director with +$1 billion P&L responsibility for Gerber and Pepperidge Farm consumer brands, progressive leadership roles at GE across 4 divisions where she graduated from both the FMP program and the Executive MDC leadership program, and achieved Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification.

Mona is an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned her Bachelor Degree in Finance from the University of Iowa, and she has lived and worked in Europe and Asia. In her spare time she serves on the NYC West Side YMCA Board as Finance Chair, enjoys tennis, music, cooking, and international travel.
