Christoph Koster
Head of Group Customer Experience at Emirates NBD


Christoph joined Emirates NBD in 2011 and has since then held various positions in Private Banking and Wealth Management covering strategy, business performance and customer service. In his current role, he is responsible for driving the Group’s customer experience agenda across businesses, enhancing our service delivery and client journeys in a digitally-enabled environment.

A management consultant by training, he gained experience in the restructuring practice of Roland Berger across Europe and the Middle East. Prior posts include Corporate Development and M&A roles in a leading Renewable Energy conglomerate.
