Safa Bouzidi-Leterme is a Financial Industry expert with more than 14 years’ international experience in strategic planning and execution of financial institutions’ transformational initiatives across investment, retail & wealth management bank, in Asia, Europe, America & Africa, Middle East.
Safa Joined Standard Chartered bank in 2008 and has been leading several strategic initiatives across the bank, prior to that, she was working for BNP Paribas Fortis in Brussels. Today, as Head of Wealth Management Transformation, Africa, Middle East and Pakistan, Safa is leading cross functional and geographical teams including external business partners and executing on the Bank’s digitalization agenda for Wealth Management across the region. Under her supervision, first in market and fully digitalized Investment and Bancassurance solutions have been launched in Africa providing best in class client journeys at affordable prices to the clients, thus driving financial inclusion.
With her customer-centric approach, Safa continuously thrives to drive innovation through the client lens, constantly looking at ways to improve client banking experience.
French-Tunisian, married and a mother of three sons, Safa fluently speaks English, French and Arabic and holds two masters, in International Business Affairs from Sorbonne Nouvelle University of Paris & Management in IT Consulting from University of Nice Sophia Antipolis Business School.
