Frank Yazdi is the Head of Priority Client Service, APAC The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited
Based in Hong Kong, Frank currently serves as the Head of Priority Client Service, APAC for HSBC Global Banking & Markets. Previously, he was Regional Head of Client Services, APAC for Societe Generale where he was responsible for leading the regional Client Services & Client Experience teams supporting Global Markets. Frank has over 19 years of financial services experience and brings a deep cross-cultural understanding when building and leading client-focused teams for financial institutions. He has lived in Asia for more than 12 years including China, Singapore and Hong Kong. Frank started his career on Wall Street spending 4 years in institutional equities research and trading based in New York. He holds an MBA in finance and did his post-graduate studies at New York University in global affairs. Frank is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences on client experience management and is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Tabitha Foundation Hong Kong, a charity supporting Cambodia’s underprivileged.
