Company Profile Form

We use the company profile form to gather information about your company and innovation. It will be used to create a one-page profile in the booklet given to attendees at the event and in the mobile event app.

Declaration of Public Liability Insurance

Filled out & returned to Oliver ( by Friday, January 17

Demoing companies must complete this declaration form, confirming they have public liability insurance for no less than $1,000,000 property damage loss or theft and personal injury, available upon request. *If your company does not have public liability insurance, please email Oliver at with the following statement releasing us from liability: [Company Name] holds harmless Informa Connect and their associated vendors for the FinovateEurope 2020 event on February 11-13, 2020, should anything happen to their booth, booth equipment or staff personal belongings.

Demo Speaker Registration & Marketing Form

Due by Friday, January 17

In order for your speakers to speak at and attend the event, please fill out the Speaker Registration portion of this form (REQUIRED). This form also includes a marketing portion, which will be used in the run up to the event in marketing emails and blog posts to help generate buzz around the show and your innovation (OPTIONAL). We publish “sneak peek” blog posts starting a month before the event for only two weeks, so make sure to submit this form by the due date.

Demo Coaching (required)

Round #2: January 27 through February 7

In the second round of demo coaching, we’ll help you prep for your demo presentation on stage. Demo coaching is optional, but we’ve seen quite a few demos over the years and have a lot of experience that we’re happy to share with you.

Rehearsal Scheduling (required)

Rehearsal Day: February 11

During this rehearsal the day before the event, your presenters will have the opportunity to run through their demo on the main stage with full A/V and support from our demo strategists, Greg Palmer & Heather Stowell.

By using these graphics via social media and your website, your followers will know you’ve been selected to demo (a huge honor!) and may join you at the conference. You're free to use these wherever you deem appropriate.
