EMEA Head of Solutions at Commercial Banking, J.P. Morgan

Since August 2019, Cat Moore has been part of Commercial Banking where she served as the Head of Payment Solutions for North America until June 2022, when she relocated back to London to become head of CB EMEA Solutions. Cat’s scope includes packaging and commercializing products and propositions across Pay-in and Pay-out use-cases for Commercial Banking clients as well as ensuring client-facing teams have what they need to position those solutions effectively. She has responsibility for ensuring that Commercial Banking has market-leading payment products and that the experience delivered to our clients is efficient and of the highest standard.

In June 2010, Cat joined J. P. Morgan in London to be responsible for the strategic development and overall management of the International Commercial Card and Prepaid businesses. She moved to Dublin in 2015 to become President of J.P. Morgan Merchant Services Europe, where she led the European merchant acquiring and payment processing business, overseeing all areas including regulatory engagement and business strategy, sales and client support, marketing, client service and implementations.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Cat spent many years with American Express Commercial Card where she was Head of EMEA Marketing responsible for segment strategy, client acquisition and communications.

Cat holds an MBA in Change Management from the London Business School, and a Bachelor’s in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from the University of California, San Diego.
