Marco DeMeireles is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Ansa Capital, a venture capital firm based in New York. Ansa is an expansion-stage investment fund focused on supporting founders as they scale. Ansa invests behind new markets, innovative distribution models, and modern software tools—serving as the hub of tomorrow’s leading companies, operators, and ideas.
Throughout his career, Marco has worked side-by-side with many of the world's most iconic companies—across end markets, business models, and stages— serving as a partner to the teams at Coinbase, Avant, Amount, Everlywell, ShopShops, and Peloton to name a few. He has also served as an angel investor in a number of early-stage fintech businesses including Acorns and Harness Wealth.
Before co-founding Ansa, Marco was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at The Chernin Group (TCG), where he established TCG’s New York office and helped lead their early-stage and growth investment efforts. Previously, Marco built a venture capital business at a multi-strategy hedge fund, was an Investment Professional at Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV) and began his career at Morgan Stanley.
Marco holds a BA from Williams College and is an active Kauffman Fellow alongside his Co-Founder, Allan Jean-Baptiste.
