Michael has more than 30 years of experience in the customer service and contact center industries. Before joining in February 2022, Michael spent 23 years at Alvaria where he initially directed sales and technical channel partner training and transitioned to lead product marketing for the company’s customer experience and workforce engagement contact center portfolio.
