Ray Nazloomian is Executive Director of Corporate Development & Partnerships at J.P. Morgan Payments where he leads the bank’s charge to reimagine, recreate, and disrupt payments and treasury services. He is also responsible for fintech partnerships, strategic fintech venture investing, and oversees the J.P. Morgan Payments Partner Network.
Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was Senior Vice President of Global Digital Strategy at Citi where he was responsible for guiding Citi’s digital transformation into a leading digital bank and helped Citi win Euromoney’s ‘World’s Best Digital Bank’ award in 2017. Prior to Citi, Ray was an Innovation Consultant at PwC. He has also founded a couple of disruptive digital startups, is a startup mentor / advisor at a number of incubators & accelerators, and is a Board Member at Checkbook.io (a Series A payments fintech based in San Francisco).
Ray has a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, has completed the CFA Program, courses on innovation and design thinking at Harvard and IDEO, and has spoken about the future of finance in numerous forums & publications. He is also on the Advisory Board of the University of Technology Sydney.
