Tricia Haskins is vice president of digital strategy & platform consulting at Fidelity Institutional (FI), the Fidelity Investments business that offers financial professionals and institutions access to the investment, technology, and platform solutions they need to service their clients and grow their businesses. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Ms. Haskins and her team work with firms to thrive in today’s environment of transformational change by embracing technology to empower their vision. Their work with Fidelity Institutional clients leverages the WealthTech ecosystem to drive growth, client service, and productivity goals. Firms today are faced with myriad macro-economic challenges, including shifting investor demographics, rapid technology innovations, and the advisor supply-demand imbalance. These challenges also provide tremendous opportunities for firms determined to lead the future of wealth management, and Ms. Haskins and her team are focused on helping firms execute. Additionally, she frequently speaks at client-facing, Fidelity sponsored, and industry conferences, and serves as a subject matter expert for media, industry consultants, and solution providers when seeking insights and best practices.
Prior to assuming her current role, Ms. Haskins led the technology and operations consulting team, focused on Fidelity’s RIA segment. Prior to that, she was a product manager on WealthCentral for the Family Offices platform. She has an extensive track record of helping firms develop and implement a digitally enabled strategy to grow their business by attracting more diverse clients, expanding into new segments, and addressing changing client expectations. Her client-oriented approach is focused on collaborating with, and supporting, firms to achieve their business goals and create lasting value for clients and the firm.
Prior to joining Fidelity in 2004, Ms. Haskins managed the operations of an independent advisor in San Francisco before transitioning into financial technology. Additionally, she worked at Advent Software implementing a suite of technology and advising firms on how to effectively use the technology to manage their business. She also designed, implemented, and integrated the technology platform at a single-family office. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.
Ms. Haskins received her Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Wheaton College. She also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
