Amanda Abrams

Amanda Abrams is the Chief Executive Officer of Cohen Circle, a multi-stage investment firm founded by financial services pioneers, Betsy and Daniel Cohen. She has over 15 years of experience as an investor, operator, advisor, and lawyer with companies in both the public and private sectors.

Amanda joined Cohen Circle from CardConnect after she and the Cohens took the integrated payments company public in 2016. Prior to that, Amanda was a Partner of the corporate transactions group at Ledgewood and an Attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. LLP, where she advised public and private companies in capital markets transactions, M&A and general corporate matters. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Abrams was a financial consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In 2022, Amanda was recognized as an Inspiring FinTech Female Leader by NYC FinTech Women, and a Top 25 Women Leader in Financial Technology.

She holds a B.A. in Finance with honors from Penn State Schreyer Honors College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
