Iris has been a senior partner in Mighty Capital since June 2017. Mighty capital focuses on later stage and “A” round investments. Iris Chan has also been a partner in The Angels Forum since 2010. The Angels forum (“TAF”) founded in 1997, focused on investing in, mentoring and advising Silicon Valley startups from the earliest stages all the way through a meaningful exit. It is a diverse group of 25 high-net-worth private investors, all of whom have been CEO’s, founders or senior executives of successful entrepreneurial ventures. Its focus is on early stage companies in a wide range of industry sectors. before venture investment, Iris was the chief executive of wells fargo commercial banking group overseeing bank’s entire commercial banking activities including a portfolio of $60 billion. Iris is also a principal of Ameriway Inc. it has been founded since 1987 focusing on investing in cross-border trades and technology innovation in Northern California. Iris has keen interest in technology and innovation especially in fintech, information technology and life science. she has also since March 2015 taken on a chief operating officer role in more health inc. a global virtual Clinic and healthcare center headquartered in silicon valley in united states.
