Jennifer Daniele leads a scaled agile development team in the Customer Experience group for Prudential. Early in her career, she fell in love with all things digital and has proceeded to work at the intersection of technology and marketing for over 20 years.

Passionate about designing customer experiences in financial services, she is an evangelist for using the power of technology to delight customers.

Grateful for an amazing family, Jennifer loves to document her family life through photography. She lives in Connecticut with her husband, three children and two Chihuahuas.

Jennifer is an Oregon Duck with her BS in Marketing from the University of Oregon. Her MBA is from the University of Connecticut.
