Kimberly Bertz is a change management, organization strategy, and operations leader. She is recognized for translating enterprise objectives into operating strategies and scalable solutions, and quickly breaking down complex challenges and consistent customer experiences, and believes these are key to delivering the best business results efficiently.
Kimberly leads Workplace Services & Experience for Wells Fargo. Her team delivers leading edge workplaces that integrate digital innovation and responsive services and tools and environments to support a collaboration-rich environment. Her team is also responsible for critical back-end services and systems supporting lease/records management, digital platforms for real estate,
properties-related help desk, and enterprise event centers. Her strategic focus enabled Wells Fargo to integrate 350 diverse line of business real estate functions into a single Real Estate Center of Excellence that has lowered costs and standardized processes across the company. Now, her team is working to build cohesive workplace experience, innovation, and technology strategies and
ensure that Wells Fargo’s employees are at the heart of real estate decisions – all while managing through an unprecedented global pandemic that is changing the way people work!
Prior to Wells Fargo, Kimberly was a founder of Elevate Consulting and delivered advisory services in change management, strategic communications, and operational transformation. She was Vice President in Washington Mutual’s Enterprise Operations, and supported posted-merger change activities for the JPMorgan Chase/WaMu acquisition. Kimberly began her consulting career on the Human Capital & Strategic Change team at BearingPoint (now PwC).
Kimberly has a passion for helping other women succeed. She mentors Wells Fargo rising leaders, and is a current board member for Dress for Success – Worldwide West and was on the board of InfluenceHer, a program of Boys & Girls Clubs of King County. In these roles, she worked to empower girls and women to become future leaders through economic independence and education.
Kimberly has a BA from UCLA in International Development, Public Policy, and Business, and an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, two young daughters, and two dogs. In her spare time, you can find working on design and restoration projects for her 90 year old home.
