Lindsay Fitzgerald

Lindsay is a General Partner and Co-Founder of Company Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on fintech, commerce and enabling infrastructure. Lindsay leads Company Capital's investments in B2B fintech and commerce enablement. Lindsay was previously a Managing Director at American Express Ventures, where she built the B2B fintech practice and led investments in 19 companies, including Airbase, Melio, and Plaid. Before Lindsay was a fintech investor, she was an operator at firms like Morgan Stanley and American Express. She loves working with founders on product roadmap and commercialization strategy. Lindsay holds a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Lindsay lives in Connecticut with her husband and three children.
