Melissa Manne is the Head of Digital Customer Experience at Marcus by Goldman Sachs. In her role, Melissa is responsible for driving best-in-class customer experiences across the Marcus’s website, app and suite of financial products for millions of customers. Melissa joined Goldman Sachs in 2018, after the firm’s acquisition of the personal financial management app, Clarity Money. Prior to joining the firm, Melissa was the VP of Product at Clarity Money, where she led feature development and design for the award-winning app. Before that, Melissa spent 10 years at American Express where she held a variety of roles in product management and marketing across their Consumer and Small Business portfolios, with a focus on building new cards and digital tools. Throughout her career, Melissa has focused on how technology can help improve consumers’ financial lives. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
