Rick DeLisi is a researcher/presenter who is best-known as the co-author of the best-selling business book, "The Effortless Experience." His latest book (co-authored with Glia CEO Dan Michaeli) explores the evolution of Customer Service and customer behavior from the days of the first call centers to today's digital-first world. It will be released in September.
Prior to joining Glia, Rick spent 15 years with Gartner, specializing in Customer Experience, Customer Service and Communications. He was named a Gartner Fellow based on his research into the connection between employee effort and customer loyalty.
He has appeared at live events in 25 countries and over 100 cities, including New York, London, Paris, Sydney, Johannesburg and (his guilty favorite) Las Vegas.
