Roman has 25 years of experience bringing new software based distributed computing, and cloud based offerings to market and leading sales teams to selling and deploying them successfully in the Enterprise with an exclusive focus on the Financial Services Vertical at IBM, Google, Amazon and Microsoft.
 
Roman recently joined Microsoft to lead the fast growing Fintech vertical focusing on building out Payments, Embedded Banking, Crypto/Blockchain, Climate Tech and Social Fintech sub verticals.
 
Roman is also the cofounder of Concourse Labs, a venture backed Cloud Governance SaaS company that automates CI/CD controls to prevent insecure applications from being deployed by offering both preventative and continuous runtime controls to catch drift, rouge pipelines and attack in real time.
 
Roman received a B.Sc. with a Specialist in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Toronto.
