John Finley is Head of Enterprise Customer Experience at Bank of the West BNP Paribas where he leads the central team responsible for the design and delivery of the bank’s enterprise customer experience program. He was previously Head of Innovation where he launched the Leap entrepreneurial program at the bank focused on driving innovation and new ways of working.  Finley joined Bank of the West in 2008 and recently spent three years in with BNP Paribas in Paris as Head of Direct Bank & Innovation for their International Retail Banking division. While in Paris he co-led the launch of the BNP Paribas Plug and Play accelerator in Paris and drove the global strategy and launch of multiple digital banks in partnership with BNP Paribas entities around the globe.
