Jan Schubert is Head of Sales & Marketing at LIQUIND Marine. Since 2013, Mr. Schubert is working in the LNG industry, thereby developing LNG infrastructure for different applications, including short sea and deep sea shipping, inland waterway vessels and truck logistics. For the last 5 years Mr. Schubert has been responsible for sales and business development at Nauticor (ex Bomin Linde). During that time, Nauticor has been a front runner in the development of LNG supply infrastructure in Northwest Europe using trucks, terminals and the world’s largest LNG bunker supply vessel „Kairos“. He holds a bachelor degree in international relations from the universities in Leipzig and Stockholm and a Master in Public Policy with a specialization in energy and infrastructure topics from the Hertie School of Governance Berlin. Mr. Schubert graduated from his master with a thesis on the development of LNG infrastructure in German sea ports.

Based in Hamburg, LIQUIND Marine is a 100% subsidiary of LIQUIND 24/7, a leading service provider in the small-scale LNG segment in Germany with a specialization in LNG supply for trucks. LIQUIND Marine offers LNG supply for marine customers in ports and anchorage areas at the North and Baltic Sea.
