Manager, Weather & Energy Risk-Management at Swiss Re

Pierre Hug currently leads Swiss Re’s origination activities in the Weather & Energy business for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. He has been with Swiss Re since 2014, prior to which he spent 15 years dealing with commodity OTC derivatives in Europe, working for banks such as Barclays and Credit Agricole / Credit Lyonnais. He serves on the board of Swiss Re Capital Markets Limited and is based in London. Pierre holds a degree in aeronautical engineering and a post-graduate degree in Finance and Capital Markets from HEC Paris.
