Head of gas regulation at CNMC

Rocío Prieto is the Gas Managing Director in the Spanish Regulator, CNMC, where she has been working in several positions since 2000. In addition, she is responsible of the hydrocarbons market supervision. She chairs the CEER LNG Task Force and the South Gas Regional Initiative of ACER. Rocío is a Mining Engineer (Energy) from Oviedo University (Spain). She also holds a Management degree (PDD) from IESE (University of Navarra). She worked previously, among other energy companies, in the Operation Department of Enagas, Spanish gas TSO.
