Samantha Dart

Head of Natural Gas Research at Goldman Sachs

Samantha is a senior energy strategist on the Commodities team within Global Investment Research. She produces research on US and European natural gas markets as well as liquefied natural gas, focusing on the economies of fuel substitution within the energy complex. Samantha first joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 as an energy strategies. She rejoined the firm as a managing director in 2018. Prior to rejoining the firm Samantha was head of Gas and Power Research as Mercuria Energy America, where she produced analytics and trading ideas for US natural gas markets. Prior to that she was global head of Gas and Power Research at Noble Group.
