Tracy is passionate about transforming the energy industry to create a more diverse, inclusive and sustainable energy future. Tracy co-founded the global Power Play movement and was recently recognized as the Petroleum Economist Energy Leader of the Year for 2020. Tracy has management experience in a variety of energy areas, including retail fuels, chemicals, upstream project development, acquisitions, divestments, natural gas, LNG and power. Tracy joined ExxonMobil in 1998 in the UK, and during her career has lived in Brussels, Antwerp, Houston and currently Singapore. In 2017, was appointed to lead the creation of a new team responsible for marketing Mozambique Area 4 LNG.
