TRIM SIZE: 9" x 10.875"

  • PDF X-1A version 1.3 (compatible with Adobe 4)—this is key
  • File size cannot exceed 75MB
  • Convert all color space to CMYK
  • Convert all fonts to outlines if possible; useOpen Source Fonts only
  • All images should be 300 dpi (at 100%)
  • BEFORE exporting PDF make sure .125”bleed allowance is included on all 4 sides
  • Maximum ink density is 300%
  • Bleed Ads: For ads that include bleed, please be sure to include a bleed of 0.125" beyond the specified trim dimensions on all 4 sides. Please keep all non-bleed images, artwork and text 0.25” inside the trim dimensions to avoid any problems with normal shifting during trimming of the magazine. This will accommodate invisible bleed and trim page boxes that SendMyAd will use to check the ad size, as SendMyAd is based off of the trim size of the ad.
